IPCC Product Development
To develop IPCC(IP Contact Center) Product with Asterisk Software & AWS RDS MySQL DB Instance. AWS Secrets Manager is used to manage credential of RDS DB, also password rotation period is set in Secrets Manager. After set interval RDS DB login password gets changed (rotated). Email notification should be sent to product team for both the events when password rotation is successful or gets failed.
Jenkins pipeline job should be triggered to fetch latest password from AWS Secrets Manager after every successful password rotation event. Then the latest password is updated in asterisk configuration file (odbc.ini) in Asterisk server using ansible automation. So that the server can continue DB CRUD operations even after password rotation.

Transformation & Modernization of NBN Applications (Azure Project)
The Transformation and Modernization of the NBN Project focuses on building a robust, secure, and scalable DevSecOps pipeline using Azure cloud-native technologies. The development process begins with the DevTeam using IDEs like Eclipse and VS Code, with source code managed through GitHub for version control. Jenkins orchestrates the CI/CD automation, integrating with the BlackBelt Framework for quality governance and Karate Labs for test automation. Security is embedded into the pipeline using OWASP and Trivy, while artifacts are managed using JFrog Artifactory and later converted into Docker images. These images are deployed to the Azure Test Infrastructure and promoted to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments using Helm charts and Kind clusters. The system ensures high availability and performance through monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog. Feedback loops are established via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Email to enable seamless collaboration, while progress and issue tracking are managed using GitHub Projects and Azure Boards. The entire project is aligned with FINOPS principles to drive cost-efficiency and optimal resource utilization, delivering a modern, cloud-native solution for the NBN platform.
